Responsibilities
- Onboard new dealer partners and get their first listings live.
- Run training sessions on the dealer dashboard and inventory tools.
- Track account health and renewals, and step in early when an account slips.
- Feed dealer feedback back to product as a written, prioritised voice.
Requirements
- 2+ years in account management, sales or customer success.
- Genuinely comfortable talking to auto dealers and showroom owners.
- Comfortable with a CRM and disciplined about follow-through.
- Fluency in Bangla and English.
