Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the customer marketplace in React and TypeScript, including search, filtering and vehicle detail views.
- Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals, bundle size and image delivery across a high-traffic listing site.
- Partner with design to turn Figma specs into accessible, responsive components.
- Review pull requests and raise the bar on testing and typing across the frontend guild.
- Work with backend on API contracts so features ship without waiting on round trips.
Requirements
- 5+ years building production web applications with React and TypeScript.
- Strong CSS fundamentals — layout, responsive design and accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA).
- Comfortable with Next.js App Router, server components and caching semantics.
- Experience profiling and fixing real performance problems, not just theorising about them.
- Working knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST API design.
